  • legally independent,

  • professionally autonomous,

  • solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning and care delivery.

SmilePerfection.HDBC:

  • does not instruct clinicians,

  • does not impose clinical protocols,

  • does not interfere with treatment judgment,

  • does not assume co-responsibility for care outcomes.

Professional independence is fundamental to the integrity of the governance model.
