Its purpose is limited to:

  • enabling informed and independent engagement between users and licensed professionals.

The framework does not:

  • provide care,

  • recommend providers,

  • rank professionals,

  • compare prices,

  • manage treatment,

  • supervise clinical decisions.

All clinical acts and professional judgments remain exclusively with independent licensed professionals.
